The Justice System is Deficient

Every law-abiding citizen should have the right to live freely. Sadly, there are certain people on this planet who ruin it for the rest of us. I’m talking the worst of the worst…pedophiles, murderers, rapists and terrorists. They shouldn’t be put in prison, they should be sentenced to death.

I believe in liberty and less government, but that doesn’t mean I do not believe in law and order. The laws are here to ensure the freedom that is inherently ours. They’re here to protect us. Unfortunately, there are people out there who disregard that right. They prey upon those who are helpless and take advantage of them.

For instance, let’s consider the recent news involving New York City Mayor, Bill de Blasio’s administration employee and young Democrat Jacob Schwartz, who was found guilty of possessing child pornography (\).

This is a man who has been outed as a pedophile. A man in politics, with influence. The kicker? He got released on a mere $7,500 bail. No one should be allowed to post bail under such circumstances. A monster was set free…because he has money. It’s unethical and it’s wrong.

The justice system is too lenient on sex offenders. They offend, they get out of jail and either re-offend or never end up getting caught again. The way we punish people for certain crimes is a joke. These people can’t function in society, yet we treat them as if they’ll change and suddenly stop being who they are.

You can’t change someone’s inherent behavior. If it’s true that sexual orientation is out of our control, then how could pedophilia be a choice? Pedophiles can’t change. According to this study published in the Harvard Mental Health Letter in 2010 there is no cure for pedophilia:

Correctional facilities are meant to alter negative behavior and prevent convicted felons from re-committing crimes once they are released. If offenders serve time in prison and end up hurting people again the minute they’re out, the system must be flawed.

Why should tax dollars go into the care and housing of such individuals if their behavior can’t be corrected? Accommodating cases like these is a waste of money.

Aside from pedophiles being scum of the Earth, we have another breed of shit that walks on two feet…terrorists.

The bombing at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, UK is the latest terror attack to make headlines. The attack was committed by ISIS sympathizer, Salmon Abedi (

I’m not going to be one of those people that ignorantly states we need more love and open borders to solve the world’s problems. The atrocities across the globe all in the name of Islam prove that we don’t. We need to call out bullshit when we see it.

This is no matter to be politically correct about. Children and women got bombed…at a pop concert. They were supposed to have a good time, not lose their lives and limbs.

Imagine your daughter goes off with her friends to see their favorite artist at a live show an they end up losing their lives or getting severely hurt because of some maniac with delusional beliefs. It doesn’t get any worse than that.

I see images of terrorists getting sent to the hospital after surviving their attacks as if they’re the victims. Terrorists shouldn’t be comforted after committing their crimes. They should immediately be spit and pissed on and lathered in pork grease.

Deportation isn’t enough. All that does is let them go. They’re free. Then they come back and take more lives when they shouldn’t have been able to. The justice system should have dealt with them appropriately when they had the chance.

What about turning the cheek and being better than those who commit evil?

Here’s the thing, you can’t fight evil with kindness. You can throw your arms in the air and shout to the world how much you love everyone, but that won’t change the fact that there are bad people out there and they will hurt you if given the chance.

We don’t need open borders and diversity, we need to put a stop to the madness for good. A permanent solution is necessary, not temporary and ineffective ones.

Am I suggesting that anyone accused of a serious crime should immediately face the death penalty without a trial? Absolutely not. I’m saying that if there is/are credible witnesses and or evidence to confirm the crimes of the accused beyond reasonable doubt, then that’s when capital punishment should be enforced.

Handing convicts on death row a quick and painless death through lethal injection is too compassionate and letting them rot away in prison is too generous.

I’d say we need to go back to medieval ways of punishment. Perpetrators should suffer through excruciating torture before their death sentences.

As barbaric as I may sound, these people need to be ripped apart limb from limb, electrocuted, castrated and left to bleed to death, publicly hung, whatever horrors you can imagine…that’s the appropriate punishment they deserve.

My suggestions may seem inhumane, but slapping psychos on the wrist, giving them menial prison sentences and releasing them back into the world isn’t the answer. It enables the problem. Perhaps extreme measures should be given a shot after all?
